By accessing or using the AIGAME platform, services, or website (collectively, the "Services") operated by AIGAME LIMITED ("AIGAME", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.
AIGAME provides an AI-powered game creation, publishing, and distribution platform. Our Services include AI-assisted game development tools, a community platform for creators, a marketplace for game assets, and global game publishing infrastructure.
To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You retain ownership of the content you create using our platform. By publishing content through AIGAME, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content as part of the Services.
Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use within the platform. You may use AI-generated content in your games and projects subject to our Content Guidelines. AIGAME does not claim ownership of AI-generated content created by users.
You agree not to use our Services to create, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
The AIGAME platform, including its AI models, tools, design, and branding, is the property of AIGAME LIMITED and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform technology without express written permission.
Creators who monetize their games through our platform are subject to our Revenue Sharing Agreement. AIGAME retains 30% of revenue generated through the platform, and creators receive 70%. Payments are processed monthly for balances exceeding the minimum threshold.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your published games may be removed from the platform.
AIGAME provides the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGAME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
